Omega watches are closely involved in sports and have been selected as the official timekeeper of 21 Olympic Games – No wonder Omega watches have so much credibility in the market of designer watches. The company is slotted to be the official timeskeeper of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver.

Not only that, but Omega is the official timekeeper of the FINA World Bobsleigh Tour and has been since 2005.

The company is also the first to develop a watch that provided the first 1/1000th of a second photo finish camer.
